3) Send us your photos. You have two methods to choose from:
(a) You may provide a link to photos (can be an eBay item number, page link, or wherever the photos are located on the Internet). Enter this link in the appropriate field below.
(b) You may use the upload button to send us a single zipped file containing your images. If you need to send photos via another method, let us know in your comments.
After sending us your photos or link, we will send a WePay.com invoice for your requested service. Note that invoices outstanding for 24 hours are subject to cancellation. You will be able to use your credit card to pay via WePay. We are open every day, unless noted on the above calendar.
WHEN STATEMENT IS READY
Once your statement is ready, we will fax it to PayPal (or other party) and send you a copy via email attachment in PDF format.
HOW AND WHERE TO SEND PHOTOS
We provide three options to send us photos. One is to submit a website link or eBay item number. The other is to zip your photos into one file and attach them to your request. If you prefer, you may email your photos to: images @ mypoupette.com (remove spaces).
Hermes items require a different fee, so please select the correcct option.

SAME DAY SERVICE
Same Day Photo Authentication is available. When using this service, you will have our reply within 12 hours. We must receive payment and photos by 7pm, PST, otherwise we will process by noon the next day.
By submitting your service request and payment, you understand and agree that a refund shall be issued only if service(s) cannot be rendered within the time frame that you (the customer) have paid for. Time begins after you have provided all of the photos or information that My Poupette has requested. If you cannot provide all photos and information requested in order for My Poupette to render an opinion, you will have a credit with My Poupette. This credit is available towards any future authentication service(s) with My Poupette.com.

PAYMENT OF FEES
We will send a WePay invoice upon receipt of your photos and Service Questionnaire. You will be able to pay via Credit Card using an email address through WePay.
