Since eBay was recently sued by Louis Vuitton, they have instituted new policies that will affect many sellers of designer merchandise. The lawsuit claimed that eBay was not taking sufficient action to prevent fraud. The answer is apparently to just close auctions, even if you haven't done anything wrong. Many of our MPRS's (My Poupette Recommended Sellers) are moving to Poupetteluxe to continue selling their merchandise in peace. If you find yourself on the wrong end of the auction, we might be able to help. No, we cannot force eBay reopen your auctions, but you may still be able to sell your items on our very own auction site, Poupetteluxe! Our fees are not nearly as high as eBay's and we have a loyal and growing following. We've been open four years and still going strong. It is a place where people know they will find authentic merchandise. Just register, which is free, and apply to sell designer merchandise. The approval process will take about 48 hours. Remember, your items MUST be authentic!
