Someone is trying to make you believe that their merchandise is authentic by producing a letter that looks like this. Beware, it is not from My Poupette, so do not trust it. If someone tells you My Poupette authenticated their item, please confirm by writing to support@mypoupette.com. All correspondence from My Poupette comes directly from an email address that ends with mypoupette.com, or from mypoupette@yahoo.com (used in case of server email failure).
I want to sincerely apologize to all of you who have tried to contact us over the past week but did not get a response. We usually respond within 3 days, max. But what started as fixing a cable router turned into several days without internet and then three days without email service. Our ISP encountered a series of problems that escalated (or plummeted) into problems that took us offline for the better part of a week! They have yet to resolve all of the issues, but at least we are back online and have retreieved our email. Needless to say, we are catching up as quickly as we can! Remember, you can always reach us by phone if you have not heard back within 48 hours. Thank you for your continued support!
