Authentications

After education, our most important responsibility is our authentication service. We can help you before you buy, by checking out eBay auctions or websites claiming to sell authentic items. Did you receive an item and you're unsure of it's authenticity? We can help!

If you are sending us photos, please send them to images @ mypoupette .com (remove spaces).

HOURS

My Poupette is generally available to answer inquiries between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

You may send your inquiry at any time. Replies will usually be sent within 24-72 hours (often the same day) according the above schedule.

Weekends: If your request is received on Saturday or Sunday, you may expect a reply by the following Monday or Tuesday.

Any changes to these hours will be posted here.
