I want to sincerely apologize to all of you who have tried to contact us over the past week but did not get a response. We usually respond within 3 days, max. But what started as fixing a cable router turned into several days without internet and then three days without email service. Our ISP encountered a series of problems that escalated (or plummeted) into problems that took us offline for the better part of a week! They have yet to resolve all of the issues, but at least we are back online and have retreieved our email. Needless to say, we are catching up as quickly as we can!
